If the foreign-body sensation and pressure from the septal cartilage don't improve, I'm even thinking about removal around 6 months later. While looking for posts about removal, I saw one from someone who said it had been 2-3 months after removal but there still wasn't much difference compared with after surgery, and they were worried about why it didn't lower much and why the nasal tip didn't spread out. If I remove the implant and septal cartilage support strut, and there were only a guarantee that my nose would end up about halfway between my current nose and my original nose, I think I would remove it with a happy heart ^^; Because my original nose was very low, I hope the capsule is also somewhat nicely filled out, and since the nasal tip cartilage tying turned out to be a case where the tip shape was well defined, even if it gets lower, I hope the shape itself doesn't spread out and stays maintained. Among those who had removal and some time has passed, are there many whose result became about halfway between their original nose and their surgical nose?
