It has already been quite a long time since I had nose surgery. Of course, even before, it was a little noticeable, but I am quite insensitive, so I just kept living with it. But recently, after losing quite a bit of weight, the cartilage at the tip of my nose is now clearly showingㅠㅠ The tip of my nose is so sharp, and as the skin has gotten thinner, I can also feel the cartilage. I went to the hospital and they said they could just smooth out the sharp part and cover it with the temporalis fascia... But temporalis fascia does not seem to be used very often, so I am worried. If the fascia gets absorbed, won't the cartilage show again? I am even thinking of just removing everything this time... But my nasal tip skin has become so thin that I am also worried whether removal would even go well. If they force removal through thin skin, could it cause contracture or collapse... It would be nice if the hospital explained it in detail... Maybe because I am not a profitable patient... they do not even 상담 kindlyㅠㅠ After searching hard on the internet by myself... there does not seem to be a clear answer anywhere, so I am posting in frustration.
