Hello, I’m now 4 months after facial contouring (intraoral + preauricular), and I’m satisfied overall. I’m male, and maybe because I’ve been exercising consistently, I can’t find any cheek sagging at all, and my cheekbones feel like they went in “a lot, but naturally?” My friends all think I lost weight But if there’s one thing that’s a bit unpleasant! It’s that there’s a step-like bulge protruding in front of my ears, and this bothers me quite a lot. I wish just these parts would smooth out. From what I’ve heard, it’s surgical swelling. Is that right? Or is surgery possible? (Like shaving it down smoothly or something..) Please reply!
