After getting silicone paranasal implants in June, because my nose became wider and upturned, the risks feel too big, so I’m trying to have them removed again. After removing paranasal implants, will my nose go back to the way it originally was? I just hope something can be done about the nose widening at least. Will the lengthened philtrum go back?? If I just remove them?? Please help me..
