Is there no doctor who can make a nose look natural but refined? I want to correct the nostril shape, change the columella shape, and make it just a little higher ㅠㅠㅠㅠ ---- I work in hospital sales, so I see quite a few doctors in Gangnam, but these days I get plastic surgery information too, you know? I’m trying to get revision rhinoplasty (because it’s too natural) Doctors in their 30s and 40s who are salaried doctors at plastic surgery clinics just said it looks fine now too, so I shouldn’t do it. About four of them all had the same opinion, but there’s a doctor who is about to retire and specializes in noses, so when I asked him, he felt it and said it was possible, but he’s retiring so I can’t get surgery from him, f*ckㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋah

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
