It's already been 4 months since my double-jaw surgery! Time really flies. At first, even breathing was hard, eating was difficult, and I couldn't sleep properly, so just getting through each day was a task, but now I'm doing well with almost no discomfort in daily life! The reason I decided on double-jaw surgery was stress about my appearance and functional discomfort. The swelling has almost all gone down, so it looks so natural that I wonder if I even had surgery, and I have no postoperative side effects at all, such as sensory abnormalities or nerve damage! Right after surgery, I lost a lot of weight, but these days I'm eating well and exercising too, so my weight has returned healthily haha..^^ Most of all, friends I met after a long time told me, "Wow, your impression looks really clean!" so I naturally thought I really did the right thing by having surgery haha. I can also speak much more naturally, and I'm continuing mouth-opening exercises. Since I'm currently undergoing orthodontic treatment too, I just need to pay a bit more attention to brushing?
