Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

Please answer me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

It’s been 5 months since my nose surgery. I extended the length with septal cartilage. I also had a 3 mm silicone implant and alar reduction .. I want to remove the silicone at 6 months ..... ㅠㅠㅠ The reason is that the silicone is sticking out to one side. The director says that since the nasal bone was protruding even before surgery, there is nothing they can do -_- They also say revision surgery is not possible.. Anyway.. It’s also a little crooked.. when there is a light above my face, the crookedness shows. If there is a light on the left side of my face, the silicone is bent in a C shape ㅠㅠ And I also want to remove it before inflammation develops, since inflammation may occur later.. After reading recent reviews and question posts, it seems like a lot of people experience a lifting phenomenon after removal. If only the silicone is removed, does nose tip lifting definitely happen?? Is it temporary, or after the nose lifts does it stay like that? How long does the nose stay lifted?? Does a lifted nose mean the nostrils are visible even from the front? And after silicone removal, why does the nose not only get lower at the bridge but also look flatter and broader?? ㅠㅠ Please answer me ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
