Everyone, I’m going to have removal. Should I leave the nasal tip in place?

I had 4 mm silicone, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, columella cartilage tying, and nostril reduction. That’s what I had done. I don’t like the foreign-body sensation, I feel cautious, and because of the risk of side effects, I’m planning to have it removed. There’s no inflammation. I had a removal consultation today and was going to have removal, but while debating whether to remove the nasal tip or not, I just decided to have surgery in two days. I decided to remove the silicone and the columella, but I’m debating whether or not to remove the septal cartilage in the nasal tip. The doctor said it would be fine to take everything out, but asked whether there was really a need to remove it. Aesthetically, they said it would be better not to remove it. I feel like my nasal tip is hard right now, but after touching it, they said this level is soft. They said even if I remove the nasal tip, it won’t become softer than this. As in the drawing, if the nasal tip is removed, the blue part disappears. They said about 3 mm? of the nasal tip was incised (30% of the total removed), and since it was done with septal cartilage, if it is taken out, it won’t be my original nasal tip but will become blunt like in the drawing, which is why people say it looks upturned. They also said the reason doctors say they removed everything but don’t remove the nasal tip part is because they don’t want to hear complaints about the shape after removal. They said they would do it however I want, so I’m thinking about it. They said undoing the cartilage tying is also simple, and removing everything is not difficult either. I don’t want to touch my nose anymore. I’m not going to have nose surgery again in the future. And my nasal tip is hard; before, if I pinched it with my fingers, I could pinch it thinly, but now it only pinches as one lump. If I remove the nasal tip, wouldn’t it become soft? Even if not like before, would I be able to just pinch it normally.. Should I just ask the doctor to open my nose and, if it doesn’t look natural with the nasal bridge, remove it? Ah, they said if everything is removed, it would return to 90% of my original nose, and that the nasal tip would change. As far as I know, people who had removal were all okay.
