It’s been 6 months since my third nose surgery. Because of nasal tip upturning caused by cartilage tying during the second surgery, I had surgery at the end to lower the nasal tip. The result was.. not good. So today I went for a removal consultation. They said they couldn’t understand why I wanted to remove it and tried to stop me. I said I was uncomfortable and that I just wanted to remove it. The consultation ended with them saying it would be difficult to return 100%, and then I immediately consulted with the female consultant. I’m thinking of lowering the silicone height a bit and removing the septal cartilage... but they said that because removal is also surgery, I have to pay 2 million won? I asked if that was an added cost because of lowering the nose, and they said no. They said it’s 2 million won. Well.. it’s up to the clinic, but 2 million seems a bit expensive.. is that an appropriate price? And.. will my nose become more upturned..?
