Use septal cartilage / absolutely don't do it?!? (revision surgery

Ah.. Really, a few years ago. I never imagined inflammation would happen to me. Suddenly inflammation appeared, so in the end I had it removed.. I think after removal was honestly more painful emotionally and gave me a bigger complex than before surgery ㅠㅜ Anyway, after that, now more than a year has passed, and I couldn't stand my lowered nasal bridge anymore, so I decided to have surgery again. So after looking into about nine places, because my nasal bridge is really low and my nasal tip is a bit retracted, and because it's revision surgery, I was really, really scared it would come out looking like an upturned nose.. after consultations, I decided to do it with silicone and septal cartilage, and in just a few days I'm scheduled to have surgery with that method.. But now, as I'm reading posts in this community, I'm feeling conflictedㅠ !!!!!!!! The uncomfortable points of septal cartilage surgery, and side effects? removal?? There are many posts about them.... I'm so curious why people who used septal cartilage have it removed ㅠㅜ Is it because the discomfort is that significant??? Side effects? Pulling of the philtrum???? I don't know what that is, but is it because of things like that??? I also read posts saying people had difficulty breathing and even ended up going to the ER, trembling trembling trembling trembling, I'm really, really scared;;ㅠㅠ Now with just two days left, I want to decide carefully again..ㅠ Those who have had septal cartilage surgery, please give me some advice ㅠ please Thank you ㅠ
