Removed it and came back

Monday was yesterday.. I had it removed.. I was scared to death.. I pushed for general anesthesia even though they said they would do local anesthesia, and they did it with sleep anesthesia, so it really took exactly 30 minutes to take it out.. Mine was silicone + cartilage binding.. It had been 8 months since I got it taken out, and because of the first surgery failing and the second surgery being ruined, I had been planning to get a revision surgery exactly 6 months later. But because of a mistake by the hospital that did the botched surgery, things got tangled, and I decided to just have it removed after 8 months and live with it, so I had it taken out today.. Afterward I was dizzy, and I was so scared to look at my nose in the mirror that I felt like my heart was going to drop out.. but then.. I looked.. There was tape on the bridge of my nose.. I looked at the tip without pressing it down.. It is exactly the same It is exactly the same as after surgery There is no lifting or anything like that~ At first it looked a little lifted, but I guess it came down, because it looked the same I had a hump nose + arrow nose + drooping nose, They lifted the nose upward and the columella was fairly long, but the doctor just left it that way, so the whole nasal pillar looked completely empty.. Why is it that even after loosening the cartilage, the height and the shape of the tip are still the same I wanted it to spread out a bit so the tip would drop I’m grateful it didn’t turn into a snub nose, but this wasn’t the shape I had imagined, It’s not to the point of shock, but I keep thinking maybe this nose shape is my fate.. And they said they put gauze where the tape is on the bridge of my nose So it hurts a bit, and I pressed on it... It sinks in a lot.... The tip height is still the same... but the bridge sinks in deeply... What is this.. If I take off the tape I might cry my eyes out What if it really becomes a flat TV My face isn’t swollen, only my nose is swollen Because they only made one incision A lot has really happened over these 8 months, fantastically I really hope this can be the final end of it It’s only the first day, so I don’t even know what’s what.. I’d appreciate advice from anyone with experience.. Even a tiny bit of hope.. Also, while I was in that dizzy state, I asked for the silicone they removed, so I took it home.. I’m not sure, but it looked like it was over 5 mm They kept saying something about 3 mm And most importantly, the silicone cross-section was really just cut straight, so I thought, ah, my nasal bridge must have been straight too.. shock. For reference, I had it removed somewhere other than the hospital that did the surgery.. If I can later upload the silicone photo and my nose progress photos, I will. It’s only the first day, so it’s the same and I don’t have the courage. Still, being able to vent here and let it out feels a bit helpful
