It’s been about two and a half months since the surgery. I had a hump nose, a hooked nose, and a big nose. I didn’t use an implant; for the tip I used septal cartilage, tied it, shaved down the raised part of the bridge a little, and filled the hollow parts with autologous cartilage, I think. My face is small, my eyes are a little deep-set, and my mouth is small too. It feels like the tip of my nose is slightly lifted and blunt. Is this swelling or scar tissue? It feels hard. I lost about 5 kg after the surgery, so maybe the nose looks even higher, but it’s way too high. Up close I think it looks good, but from a distance I want to cry. My family says it looks much better. When I meet friends, they say my image has become more refined and I look aloof, but some friends say it seems higher. They also say the tip of the nose looks a bit lifted, and that it still seems to be swelling at the tip. Because I’ve been living under stress every day, I mean, my face looks sad. I’m not used to seeing my nostrils at all, and now that they’re visible, is that why it’s hard to adjust? I’m quite tall too, so I feel like the nose has been made too short. I’m so anxious and depressed about whether the tip will come down. Would it be better to remove it? It’s school term so I’m going to school feeling like death, and this isn’t really living. For now I’m waiting with the mindset of, let’s wait until three months first.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
