I raised my nose using Gore-Tex and ear cartilage. But I want it a little higher, and I also want the tip to be sharp and lifted. Looking at the photos, noses done with septal cartilage are exactly the kind of nose I like. But reading the posts here, people keep saying to just use ear cartilage and not septal cartilage, with complaints about runny nose, foreign-body sensation, and so on ㅠㅠ Would it be better to just leave it as is??
