Since I had a certain amount of nasal bridge, I wanted to do it without an implant. So when I mainly looked at places with good reviews for no-implant rhinoplasty, Director Kwon Jung-woo at Thank You seemed good. When I searched a bit about no-implant rhinoplasty, people said the most important thing is to make sure no step-off forms. Looking at the reviews, there weren’t any photos that looked like they had a step-off, and it seemed like a fairly sizable hospital, so I booked a consultation right away and went. But as expected from a famous hospital, it was nice that they explained things in detail, and they were kind without seeming annoyed by my questions, which was good. I was worried they might say no when I said I wanted to do it without an implant, but the director also said no implant would be better. They showed me photos of people who had surgery with cases similar to mine, and they all turned out beautifully.
