After looking at reviews and reading several posts, I really felt how important choosing a hospital is, so I visited one of the places I had picked out. Other places just said, “Do costal cartilage no matter what!! You need nostril reduction!! We’ll put in 5 mm silicone!!” without explaining the evidence or reasons, and they somehow seemed busy only recommending surgical methods. But here, starting with the nasal materials, they explained how the materials should be used to improve the nose, what method should be used to minimize shortcomings while emphasizing strengths, and so on. They even precisely drew the postoperative image with a program and showed me a virtual cosmetic surgery simulation. The director spoke honestly, and since they also have a lot of experience with revision surgery, I wasn’t too worried about the surgical result. Of course, I’ll only really know after having the surgery, but you know that feeling you get before surgery. If it were ambiguous, I would be debating it, but I didn’t really feel conflicted and thought, “I want to have surgery here.” For now, I’ll have to visit other places to know, but if this feeling remains after I go to the other clinics, I plan to do it here.
