At the first consultation, the consultant was very approachable and kind, like an older cousin. Maybe because the doctor was busy, he came across as somewhat cursory and vaguely said it would be done like this and would turn out well. But the consultant was so good at talking that I paid the same-day reservation deposit and had the surgery And although the director seemed perfunctory during the consultation, at the final consultation on the day of surgery he was very, very, very kind During surgery, from the guardian waiting room you could clearly see people going back and forth to the operating room, and according to my guardian, it definitely didn’t seem like proxy surgery For the surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage, and it turned out really well. It is slightly bent to one side, but unless I tell other people, they wouldn’t know. But a very tiny bit of cartilage was protruding. Since there was no functional or external issue, I just left it alone, and now at 5 months, it disappeared at some point I am 500% satisfied with the surgery itself The downside here is that, except for the consultant in charge of me, everyone at the hospital was very unfriendly. The people at the desk looked mostly young, and they were all not great. I asked for the Wi-Fi password, and without even looking at my face, they just plopped a paper with the password written on it in front of me and that was it. Even when I received the prescription after surgery while not fully awake from anesthesia, they looked at me with an unpleasant expression The nursing assistant who removed the splint and stitches was quite scary; when removing the splint for the first time, the assistant explained various things, but spoke so fast. After that, I asked when the stitches inside my nose would be removed, and they said sarcastically that they had already told me earlier. Still, they removed the stitches cleanly without leaving any behind And the biggest downside: on the day of surgery, when writing the consent form, my assigned consultant was on vacation, so another consultant handled me. Also, at the first consultation they had said donor costal cartilage, but two days before surgery I contacted the consultant and changed to autologous costal cartilage (they said it was fine to change even the day before surgery). Then suddenly they said it was donor costal cartilage and that ear cartilage might be used. I said something immediately, and after confirming with my assigned consultant, it was changed. I was so nervous that my mind was blank and I wasn’t in a state where I could hear properly, so it really could have been a big problem For me, the surgery turned out well so it was okay, but if the surgery had gone terribly, I feel like the hospital’s response would have been no reply and no action, so I don’t think I could recommend it to my family

So far, I’ve gone to places focused on functional rhinoplasty, like 지ㅇㅈ, ㅂ, 브ㄹㅇ, and 첫ㄷㅊ, but I think I saw a post saying aesthetics are important too, so I’m planning to go somewhere with a board-certified plastic surgeon. I added 차ㅁ and…
