While going to consultations at five places, this was the only place that said I had to use a custom implant. The basic price starts at 2.7 million won, custom implant 800,000 won, donated costal cartilage 1 million won, for a total of 4.5 million won. Other places said that if my rhinitis doesn’t bother me much, I don’t have to do functional nose surgery, but here they said it would be good to do functional nose surgery together. I’m hesitant about the custom implant too, and I feel like functional nose surgery isn’t really necessary, but the consultant was kind of pressuring me, though not exactly pressuring me. Even without the custom implant it’s 3.7 million won, and when I said I could only do it once I had the estimate and had the money ready, she kept checking what schedule would be good.
