This is already my 3rd revision nose surgery. I've gone through all this hardship, but becoming pretty.. maybe because the nose was made wrong from the start, even with revision surgery there is no answer ㅜㅜㅜ.. Why does only the nasal bridge look so high? From the side, all you can see is my nose. My image looks so masculine. I look so intense,, so in the end I'm going to remove it. I'm going for a removal consultation tomorrow. I think my nose was made with tip suturing, silicone on the nasal bridge, and cartilage ㅠㅠ Should I remove all of the tip suturing too? I've heard stories of people getting a pig nose from contracture or shrinkage after removal, and if the sutures are still there, I feel like it might look even more upturned or become an asymmetrical nose;; I'm so worried and conflicted about whether I should remove everything. Please answer if you've had removal ㅠㅠ And after removal, does the area where the implant was become stretched out and look empty?...........;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
