Nose Re-Surgery

I'm planning to have removal! Those who have had removal, please make sure to reply. .

It has been almost 9 months since I had surgery with silicone in the nasal bridge and septal cartilage in the nasal tip, and I'm planning to have it removed soon. The reason I want removal is that the nose shape is pretty, but from 3 months after surgery, the nasal dorsum started to look slightly red, and whenever I was tired or overexerted myself, one part of the nasal dorsum would swell slightly, then go down after about ten minutes. This has repeated about 3 times so far. The clinic director said they couldn't definitively say it was inflammation and only told me to watch it. I have no other pain, just symptoms of the nasal dorsum being a little red and, very rarely, swelling slightly for a short time once in a while.. I did take antibiotics, but now I'm so psychologically exhausted and depressed.. I look at only my nose more than a hundred times a day, and because I'm distressed from worrying about my nose day and night, I want to just take it out... But then after taking it out, I worry about contracture.. And I'm currently in the middle of the semester, so how would I go to school after removing it.. Will severe contracture happen? It's not a short nose And for those who had removal, considering swelling and bruising overall, when were you able to return to daily life? Would I be able to go back to school after a week? And if I remove it, does the nasal bridge immediately drop a lot like before? Ah, what about leaving the septal cartilage in the nasal tip after lowering it a little? Would it help even a little with preventing contracture? My mind is so anxious that I have so many questions... Everyone here who has had removal, please, please answer me.....
