Medpor removal + ear cartilage + osteotomy + nostril reduction + nasal fat removal That’s what I had done. It’s currently day 12, and the facial swelling has all gone down.. From the front, the columella looks long, so it looks like an arrow-shaped nose, and from the side, my nose still looks long. The nasal tip points downward.. This Saturday is the day I go to the hospital, and the director said that after checking my condition, they would shape it with a steroid injection?.. Everyone, how does my nose look to you.. I kept saying I wanted a semi-beoseon line, a semi-beoseon line.. but it’s a straight nose again.. And what is a steroid injection?
