I just do a little hand massage every now and then, maybe once every 3 hours?? for about 3 minutes, and I also apply warm compresses around the nose from time to time. How are you all managing???

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
