The photo above is from before my rhinoplasty, and the photo below is from this morning, 6 weeks after silicone + septal cartilage removal. Maybe because the nasal tip cartilage tying is still there, my nasal tip is still high. I feel like the bridge has mostly gone back, but,. The feeling that it looks upturned is probably because of the nasal tip cartilage tying, right? From the front, it doesn’t look upturned, but from the side it looks slightly upturned. I originally had a bulbous nose.. What do you think of my condition?ㅠ
