I had everything removed after a month and a half after surgery I was out of my mind.. Originally, I only wanted to remove the hump My nose was really pretty... it just had a bit of a hump.. But after only hearing the director say that if I did something called septal cartilage it would become prettier I ended up doing septal cartilage + silicone + osteotomy!!! + cartilage tying? I did all those things.. whew.. Wow, my impression used to be really cute, but it became a face that looks so strong and obviously surgically altered

I just do a little hand massage every now and then, maybe once every 3 hours?? for about 3 minutes, and I also apply warm compresses around the nose from time to time. How are you all managing???
