But after only hearing the director say that if I did something called septal cartilage it would become prettier I ended up doing septal cartilage + silicone + osteotomy!!! + cartilage tying? I did all those things.. whew.. Wow, my impression used to be really cute, but it became a face that looks so strong and obviously surgically altered
