Hello, I was just looking around with my eyes for symptoms like mine, but I thought it would be better to write a post myself, so I’m writing this.. To get to the point, I had rhinoplasty with silicone + ear cartilage. I wanted it to look natural, but I feel like the nasal bridge is too high, so I’m very worried. People around me say it turned out well, but.. maybe because it feels awkward to me, I’m more worried than happy. I’m also worried because the nasal tip is too blunt and rounded.. People around me who have had rhinoplasty say it will go down... But because I’m being like this, I wonder if they’re just saying it to comfort me? or because they’re annoyed, so I don’t really trust it.. Some people say it looks better after the nose surgery, and some say it looked better before... Honestly, I want to remove the silicone.. If I do remove it, I’m really curious whether I can return to my original nose, and people say the nose can become upturned, so whether that would happen to me too. I can’t express everything in writing, but.. I’ll wait for a sincere and detailed answer. I sincerely ask you, bow! ***Question summary 1. Is swelling still remaining? Will the nasal bridge get lower, and will the blunt, rounded nasal tip really go down..? 2. If I remove the silicone, will I be able to return to my original nose? Will the nasal tip not become upturned? 3. Inside my nose, there’s something slightly like a festering pimple. Is this inflammation? I currently do have some acne around my mouth.. I’m curious whether it’s acne or inflammation.. whether inflammation appears like acne. There are no symptoms of swelling or redness***
