I had surgery yesterday, and today is day 2.. It feels like my philtrum is being pulled, and my nose looks a bit upturned. Is this because there’s a lot of swelling? I had it done with septal cartilage.. I wonder if it will gradually come down.. Those with experience, please answer If it’s still like this even after the swelling goes down, that would be seriously troubling....
