Revision nose surgery.. photo glitch

My mood goes up and down every day because of my nose. It has been 2 weeks since the surgery. My nose feels like something went wrong somewhere.. This is a revision nose surgery. After the first surgery, it seemed like the silicone was leaning to the left, so I paid extra for crooked-nose correction. What I am worried about now is that the silicone has tilted even more to the left this time. From the photo angle, it looks like the right side. And the tip of the nose and the bridge are not in a straight line; if you look at the left side in the photo, it looks uneven and bumpy. Also, if you look at the bridge, it feels like silicone that is too large for my nose was forced in, and that thickness does not match the tip of the nose and looks out of place. The nostrils are uneven too. The swelling has mostly gone down, and I do not think the silicone will shrink or anything like that anymore. Am I being too sensitive? People who have had surgery.. Do you just live with a nose that is tilted to one side or parts you do not like? What should I do..? In cases like this, is it okay to ask for another revision.... It is frustrating. Do you also feel that the silicone seems too large, tilted to the left, and that the right side looks bumpy? And when silicone that is too large is inserted, can it cause breathing to feel more uncomfortable than before? My nose keeps feeling blocked.... I was hoping this would be my last surgery, but do I have to get revision surgery again........ Please give me some advice, everyone..
