Ever since I was young, I had malocclusion, so as I grew up during my school years, my self-esteem dropped a lot. Even when I was going to school, I never tied my hair up because I wanted to hide my jaw somehow, and even after COVID ended, I was afraid to take off my mask. So I decided to get two-jaw surgery because I wanted to live confidently as soon as possible! I looked up a huge amount of information online, including many hospitals and reviews of different hospitals, and EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was the most famous. Looking at the review photos, I felt like their style matched mine, so I visited. Not only the director’s experience, but also the fact that a dental director and an anesthesiologist are on-site made me feel like I could trust them more and have the surgery. Unlike other hospitals, they did not recommend any additional procedures separately, and it did not feel excessive. I liked them even more because it seemed like they would operate beautifully according to the facial shape that suited me! Also, surgery-first treatment was possible, so the orthodontic period would be shorter and recovery would be faster, which I liked in many ways, so I decided on EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. From when I reached one month after surgery! There was still swelling in my cheeks and jaw, but it definitely seemed to have gone down a lot compared with other people haha. Even so, people around me only thought I looked a little swollen, and people who did not know I had surgery just thought it was swelling like someone with a bit of cheek fat! I met friends over the weekend too, and they told me I had become so pretty, so I felt good haha! Especially my side profile, which had been my biggest concern, definitely changed, so I was completely satisfied, and my rolled-in lips also improved a lot compared with before. I will be starting orthodontic treatment soon, and only better days are left, so I’m so happy :) At two months, my satisfaction was also really high, and thanks to the good postoperative progress, I think I had a happy year-end! By the third month, as long as the food was not too hard, I could eat almost everything and have been enjoying myself. My friends said the swelling had gone down a lot compared with the second month! During this holiday, I met my family after a long time, and they said that if they saw me just passing by, they would not recognize me and that my image had changed a lot. They told me I looked so cute haha After two-jaw surgery, I received so many compliments. So I think my self-esteem has gone up a lot too. My satisfaction is so high, and even if I could go back, I would definitely get two-jaw surgery at EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery! From when I reached four months haha, I could barely even remember my old face. My satisfaction is absolutely the best!! I don’t know from when, but all my sensation has come back too. I was scared I might develop surgical side effects, but I did not really have anything like that! In the four months after two-jaw surgery, I have heard that I am pretty so much more than in all the years I had lived before, so I feel like my self-esteem is rising a lot.. I only think that I should have had the surgery sooner. I am eating lots of delicious food, working, and have completely returned to daily life. I’m so happy! From five months, it feels like a lot of the minor swelling has gone down too haha Before, I had malocclusion and facial asymmetry, so it bothered me so much, but now I really like my side profile, and the asymmetry has improved a huge amount, so I am extremely satisfied haha It finally feels like my stress has truly been completely resolved. The best! And above all, I think my satisfaction is even greater because Director Shin Hee-jin did it exactly in the style I wanted haha A lot more sensation has returned than before, and I think I am doing well without discomfort.
