Has anyone completely removed septal cartilage after surgery using it?

I had septal extension with septal cartilage, and septal cartilage was layered in two layers from the nasal tip to the middle of the nasal bridge. It's been 8 years since surgery, and it shows through so much from the nasal tip to the nasal bridge that I'm planning complete removal. But usually, when I look at people who had surgery with septal cartilage, unless it's used to make a support strut, it's only used at the nasal tip, and other implants are used for the nasal bridge. In my case, everything was done with septal cartilage, so even by common sense, I wonder if an excessive amount of septal cartilage was harvested. So I'm worried that if I remove it, I'll get a saddle nose, or the nasal bridge will collapse, or the nasal tip will droop badly. Is there anyone who completely removed it after surgery using septal cartilage and then developed a saddle nose or had the nasal bridge collapse? Everyone who has removed it and everyone who is planning to, fighting ^^
