I’m going around for consultations, and one place said the silicone is sitting well on the periosteum, so they suggested only removing the septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and cartilage suturing in the nasal tip, and doing cartilage repositioning. To be honest, before surgery I originally had no nasal bridge at all, and only my nasal ala area looked round and high, so my bridge and nasal tip didn’t really connect? That was the kind of nose I had. If I remove even the silicone, the nasal tip will be even more upturned and high, and I really don’t think the bridge and tip will connect. I’m expecting a severe upturned, semi-ski-slope type noseㅠ But leaving the silicone in also feels scary and uncomfortable.. I really don’t think dermis is a cure-all either.ㅠ Would it be possible to make it connect naturally if I just place the silicone really low so it links with the nasal tip?.. I’m also curious whether, if I leave only a straight silicone implant without supporting cartilage, the silicone might sag downwardㅠ An ugly nose really becomes an artificial-looking nose in an ugly way. I should have just lived with it ugly as it was lol I thought my nose had nothing to lose, but this is painful. Has anyone either replaced only the silicone inside the nose or left it as is and changed only the cartilageㅠ Please give me advice.
