I just had the removal done and I’m on my way home. Surgery is still painful and scaryㅜ Still, the removal took less than an hour. I was so scared of sedation anesthesia, but maybe because it was my second time, it was better than the first time. I didn’t like the shape, and I really hated the foreign-body sensation from the septal cartilage at the nasal tip, so I had it removed. I thought, rather than live with this nose for the rest of my life, I’d rather hurt one more time and be done with it. I’m taped up right now, and after removing the silicone, the nasal bridge is much lower
