I'm thinking of having it removed. They used costal cartilage, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage, three types, for my nasal tip, and used silicone for the implant. I'm thinking of removing only the silicone, but everyone seems to have removed the nasal tip too. If I also remove the nasal tip, wouldn't it collapse?

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
