I had nose surgery 3 years ago and was considering removal because the silicone was showing through. This time, inflammation developed right next to the nasal tip (the area raised with septal cartilage) (since I can feel the septum underneath, I think it may be a septal implant). I’ve been taking antibiotics for 5 days and it still hasn’t improved.. I think I’ll probably have to remove it ... I’ve heard that if you remove the septum, it collapses?... How exactly does the nose collapse? ㅠㅠ I had an osteotomy and even had a hump shaved down.. Then / / /_____ Would a nose like this / ㅣ ㅣ___ become like this? ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
