Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Removal of nasal silicone... (surgery 13 years ago)

I had surgery 13 years ago using ear cartilage and silicone. There is no inflammation, but... there is pressure indentation, slight visibility of the silicone, and in winter my nose gets very red, and my eyes look very close together, so I’m seriously considering removing the silicone. I had consultations at 4 places, but 3 places told me not to remove it.ㅠ  They said my face would look less refined and unattractive.ㅠ  Because I barely had much nasal bridge height, they said I would be very disappointed and hurt after removal., and my face would also look relatively bigger. I want to remove it because it looks artificial to me, but everyone I know is trying to stop me. Since I want it so badly, they say then I should do it..ㅠ

For those who removed it not because of inflammation or major side effects like me, but because of psychological reasons.. Especially among those who had surgery a long time ago and were already used to their operated appearance, is there anyone who removed it  and was satisfied? Or, as the doctors said, do most people get disappointed and become more depressed after removal? I want to have surgery right away this week.... but I’m very indecisive, so I’m thinking about it a lot.ㅠ   I’m considering removing it and getting filler on the nasal dorsum and nasal tip.. Is there a limit to how much height filler can add? ㅠ
