I don’t know if it’s because my period is coming these days or because my immunity has dropped, but my nose and forehead feel warmer than the rest of my face. Not hot, though.. I also have a bit of allergic rhinitis.. so it stings, and because of my nose surgery I’m even more concerned about it. There’s no inflammation, but things like this bother me.. and I hate having to worry about it even in daily life, so I’m thinking about removal. The surgery itself went fine and it doesn’t look that obvious, but..ㅠ But I don’t know the exact materials used, and that clinic said they use either ear cartilage or septal cartilage, so I know it was raised by 2.5 mm, and since they didn’t harvest ear cartilage, I think I had septal cartilage too. The tip is a bit hard.
But will contracture happen?ㅠ I know that if you just remove it when there’s no inflammation, contracture doesn’t happen, but if they used a support graft, there are so many mixed opinions about whether removing it will or won’t cause contracture, so I’m scared ㅠ... I think I’d be fine even if it just went back to my original nose ㅠㅠ Has anyone removed it even though there was no inflammation? Even any advice would help ㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
