Liposuction Reviews

I had abdominal lipo first, then fat grafting to the breasts

I had abdominal lipo in the spring this year, and I was originally debating between my abdomen and thighs. For reference, my pre-op stats were 165 cm / 58 kg, and my bust size was 75A! After the abdominal lipo, I’ve been managing my weight, but because they said you shouldn’t lose weight for a while after fat grafting due to graft take, I deliberately dieted harder right up until right before surgery and got down to 56!!! At 56 kg for my height, I don’t think I’m overweight, but if you look at my thighs, it was hopeless Anyway, my upper bust was lacking and the gap between my breasts was a complex for me, so instead of just increasing the size, I asked them to focus on the shape, and they said the expected retention rate is usually around 60%, so at first I thought, “Isn’t that too much?” but I still can’t really tell because of the compression garment... Still, for me it hurt way less than the abdominal lipo lol I’d heard the thighs were supposed to hurt so much that I kept posting questions up until right before surgery, but compared with my abdomen it was so much less that I was honestly stunned,,,, I even cancelled the vacation day I had requested, changed it to a half-day in the morning, and then went to work in the afternoon because I felt it was too wasteful to use the leave ^_^ I guess I’m really the type who handles pain well... They told me to wear the compression garment for a week on the thighs / 2 weeks on the breasts, and that I shouldn’t wear any separate bra, so I’m just wearing boxy T-shirts! For everyone who has surgery coming up, even if it’s summer, make sure to bring sleep socks and a light outer layer like a windbreaker, and I recommend wearing something light like a short-sleeve top when you go in! You’ll be cold after surgery That’s it for my same-day review of lipo + fat grafting!!
