The bruising that was there at the beginning has faded a lot, and I can gradually see the arm line getting more defined. Before surgery, my arm circumference was 35 cm, and when I measured again at 3 weeks, it was 33 cm! So far, it has gone down by 2 cm. At this 3-week hospital follow-up, I also received hyperbaric oxygen therapy. It has only been 3 weeks, so I still need to keep watching the changes, but comparing the photos, the side line in particular looks different, which is amazing haha At first I was overwhelmed by the 600 cc of fat removed, the bruising, and the compression garment, but these days I really wonder why I did not do it sooner. I will keep recording how the line changes over the next 1 month and 2 months too :)
