It's been 9 weeks since my thigh fat-removal injections! Last week my thigh circumference was 63 cm and I could even see the gap on the inner side, so I was super satisfied lol But this week I suddenly started feeling like my legs had gotten thick again
But thinking about it, it was similar when I had my arms done before. Once my eyes get used to a slimmer line, even a little swelling makes me feel like I've gained weight again for no reason and makes me anxious? It also happens to be right before my period, so my body feels puffier than usual and I've been eating more, which probably makes it feel even worse.
When I checked my progress at the 2-month mark, they said there was still some minor swelling and firmness left! The pain is almost gone now, and everyday life is completely comfortable. These days I'm trying not to stress myself out by staring in the mirror every day, and instead focus on my diet again and work hard on Pilates and walking lol I should measure the circumference again next time!
