I had augmentation rhinoplasty 2 years ago, and I didn’t do the nasal tip. I was told that because the nasal bones on the sides of my nose felt thick, they shaved a little on the sides of the nose. Before surgery, I had no nasal bridge, so I always got filler, and later it became bothersome, so I just had surgery. I thought it would be simple, so I said, “Doctor, please do whatever you think is best,” and that was my mistake.. I think it is silicone, but I don’t know how many millimeters it is. First of all, I think the nasal height was made way too high. I tend to have fat in my nasal tip and it is round, but since only the bridge was raised with silicone, I didn’t really notice at first, but as time goes on, it looks blunt and feels like my nose is sinking down. It looks long, and first of all, my nose looks big, and I feel like my facial impression is gradually becoming masculine. I don’t know if I’m being sensitive, but in everyday life, when looking at it casually, I don’t really notice, but after surgery, whenever I take photos, my nose always comes out looking strange, so I don’t take many photos anymore. People around me say it looks natural and pretty and tell me to leave it as is, but people have just become used to my face. I don’t feel that way at all. Am I thinking too sensitively? I endured it for 2 years after surgery, but now I feel like I can’t anymore. Is silicone bound to sag? Thinking that silicone is continuously attached inside my nose feels suffocating, and I want to remove it. If I followed my heart, I’d like to have nasal tip surgery and revise the bridge naturally too, but somehow I feel like I’d regret it even if I did, so I’m just thinking about silicone removal. I already dislike having silicone, and if I get nasal tip surgery and feel that my nasal tip is hard, I think I would hate that even more, even if it became prettier.. Does nasal tip surgery often give that kind of feeling? Please give advice from those who have removed silicone. If I remove the silicone, it won’t go back to my original nose, but will the nasal bridge become dramatically lower? Does the nasal tip become blunter than before removal? Please give me advice..
