Revision surgery after removal

After complete removal, my old complex got worse. After cosmetic surgery, I had a high nose that looked short, but after removal, my nose looks long, with the nasal hump slightly rasped down and the nasal tip drooping. At the time of removal, I didn’t have the mental capacity to demand a refund or discuss the shape. I had reached the point where I almost wanted to smash my nose, so I just said please remove everything cleanly, booked right away, and had it removed. Before removal, I didn’t look in the mirror. It felt like some plastic-surgery monster was staring back at me. After removal, I look in the mirror all day. Has my nose drooped more? Has the hump come up more? Anyway, I think people who had revision surgery after removal probably all had similar reasons. I want to make the nasal tip a little slimmer or rasp the nasal bridge a bit more, but I absolutely, absolutely hate cartilage like septal cartilage. I don’t recommend it to others either. It really feels like a stone. But I’m drawn to the banner hospital because they say they have the technique, or maybe Misko, nasal tip tying, or osteotomy... Those who had revision surgery after removal, please give me information!!! Or please tell me sharply to get a grip and live without getting cosmetic surgery. How long do I have to keep coming into this community.....
