About 5 years ago, I had surgery to use septal cartilage to lift only the tip of my nose..But as time went by, my nose started to look too sharp, and I also developed the side effect of one nostril getting blocked, so I went back to the hospital where I had the surgery.I thought removing it completely would be a major operation, so I decided to just lower the tip a little for now..At the time of surgery, the doctor confidently said they would remove the septal cartilage that had been layered several times at the tip, lower it by about 2 mm, and make it natural without that sharp look.But even right after surgery, there was no change at all compared with before surgery,, and now, almost 3 months after the swelling has gone down, it looks no different from before the surgery, and the cartilage at the tip is even showing a lot.I looked it up and saw a post saying that if the surgery was done a long time ago, the cartilage becomes adherent, so there would be no effect unless it is removed.Isn’t that something the doctor should have explained beforehand?I’m really angry... In this case, can I go back to the hospital where I had the surgery and get a refund?
And I need revision surgery, but where is a truly good hospital, not just one that advertises a lot... Please help
