First of all, I think there are many people who had silicone inserted who, like me, are sensitive, or who get anxious if they get even a small pimple on their nose or feel anything there. It had already been over a year since my first surgery with donated costal cartilage and silicone, but I had tenderness over the silicone... and whenever anything happened, I would get unexplained pimples on my nasal tip... On top of that, there was even a situation where the silicone showed through red at the glabella. As someone who worries a lot, it was so hard living as if I had a time bomb in my body, and everything in my daily life was tied down by fear of nasal inflammation, so I lived without being able to get a job or have a social life. I couldn’t live like this anymore, so I went around consulting hospitals for a month and found a place called xx Plastic Surgery. They said that if I only removed the donated costal cartilage and silicone, my nose would collapse. So they used my septum to build a nasal tip support strut and revised it again. I’m extremely satisfied with the shape. If you’re thinking about removal, everyone, this is definitely the place. I really don’t regret it. I thought I’d be very worried about losing the shape, but after actually having the surgery, that wasn’t the case at all. I truly recommend this place. I like it so much and I’m happy.. The first photo is before silicone removal, and the second photo is after. Please refer to them hehe
