This is my third revision rhinoplasty, and as far as I remember, my nostrils have never healed unevenly before. This time, the nostril width is one thing, but when I look from a slightly diagonal side angle, one side is angular and the other side has a long, stretched-out shape, so I’m going crazy worrying it’s not swelling and will heal like thisㅜㅜ I feel like ripping the splint off too..
