Nasal silicone implant and septal extension removal, septal reconstruction

My natural nose was low, short, and upturned, like a child’s nose Nose surgery 11 years ago Silicone implant, septal extension, rhinitis surgery Reason I decided on removal: discomfort from the septal extension, distorted shape Occasional aching from inflammation, triangular nostrils I felt like I was going to develop neurosis over people’s gazes and my nose shape because of plastic surgery ----- Direction for revision rhinoplasty Full removal, nasal tip rotation, alar graft Surgery 4 and a half hours Medpor was found in the septal area, removed, and the nose collapsed They urgently used donated costal cartilage (they asked me while I was under sedation; I said I was scared of autologous costal cartilage) and reconstructed both sides in an L-shape The nasal tip was rotated slightly, and the shape is round and cute. The nostril sizes are a little different so it bothers me, but I feel relieved enough that it’s not a problem Rhinoplasty review Comfortable, relieved, excited The shape is just so-so, but better than my natural nose (my original nose wasn’t good) My nostrils are a bit asymmetric, but I’m just going to live with it I wonder if the donated costal cartilage will hold up well going forward I haven’t had the stitches removed yet, so I wonder if I’ll be able to smile naturally afterward I wonder if the nostril difference will decrease a bit Still, I feel freed from being a person with plastic surgery side effects from nose surgery, and I’m recovering with a smile, I keep grinning Everyone, hang in there. It takes a bit of courage Let’s not be greedy, be grateful for what we have, and live healthily For anyone considering their first nose surgery, please don’t touch it, please Like 0 Empathy emoticon Translating Do you want to save this review? +0 This review is a surgery review pursuing natural beauty.
