A day feels like a year. After removal, only the nasal tip height got a bit lower, and when I look in the mirror from below the nostrils, it looks uneven, and one nostril has an end that looks like it was pressed with a fingernail, so from the front, one nostril looks triangular. That side is lifted, and the side that isn’t lifted is round. Could the nasal ala be crooked, or is it because of scar tissue?
