Nose Re-Surgery

Question about Nasal Tip Septal Cartilage Removal

It’s day 9 since I had nasal tip surgery using septal cartilage and alar reduction. My nasal tip is red and inflammation developed, so I’m receiving inflammation treatment. But the redness on the nasal tip looks like the cartilage is showing through, and the nostrils are uneven. I wanted a natural-looking nose, but the nostrils were reduced too much and the tip is also too pointy, so it looks like it’s been pinched with a clothespin. So I asked them to remove all the cartilage, and I’m scheduled to have revision surgery on day 12. They built the nasal tip with septal cartilage and also placed additional cartilage on the tip to raise it, but they’re saying we should only remove the cartilage placed on the tip. I want to remove everything, but they keep saying that if everything is removed, the nose will become much lower than before and spread out a lot, and they keep suggesting only removing the tip cartilage. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks since surgery yet, but will it really collapse that severely? My nostrils were reduced too much too, so I’d actually like them to spread a bit. I don’t think revision surgery will be easy, and if I remove all the cartilage, is it difficult to go back to how it was before? I’m so stressed. Also, in this case, since the nasal tip cartilage is being removed, can I get a refund for the nasal tip surgery cost? Please reply.
