I went to a place famous for a glamorous style, and I thought if I went there, my nose would instantly get a strong silicone implant and become perfectly like Instagram influencers’ noses.. lol Since it was my first surgery, I didn’t know anything… But I heard from someone else who had it done there that they’re not very good at correcting bulbous noses. So right before surgery, I asked them to make sure to correct my bulbous nose properly, but I’m only one month post-op, so I’m not sure yet because of the swelling at the nasal tip. Still, even when I compare it with other people at one month post-op, I had my dorsal hump shaved down and my nasal tip raised, but my nose is still too big and out of balance (a large nose with the hump shaved down and a prettier line.. lol) From the front, it looks so unchanged that you can barely tell I had my nose done…ㅠ Why on earth did they say I didn’t need alar base reduction? ㅠㅠ People are comforting me, saying the swelling just hasn’t gone down yet, but realistically, even after the swelling goes down, it seems hard for me to get the slim influencer-style nose I wanted. It’s not that the clinic has no skill, but I do think I didn’t explain enough about the direction I wanted. After surgery, I can see more things that need improvement. Is this why people get revision surgery? But if I get a revision, can a large nose succeed too…? I feel like even with revision it won’t work, sigh. Is there anyone here who succeeded with a large nose + bulbous nose?
난고민중 But with a large nose, even if you reduce it, there are inevitably limits ㅠ I guess that’s why they say that.
유몽지몽 I have a large nose too, and they say large noses... have no solution....... So I also decided to just shave down the dorsal hump and raise only the nasal tip naturally. My goal is for my nose to get smallerㅠ
밤톨찌 Hmm, where did you get it done?
ㅇㄱㄹㅅㄱ I have a huge nose too. Could you tell me the clinic information? ㅠ
복코가슬퍼 I have a large nose too, and there really are limits.
다시태어날라 I’m exactly that case, and every place I went for consultations said it would be hard to expect much effect from the front view.. sigh..ㅠㅠ
그냥또 [@다시태어날라] ㅠㅠThis is so realistic…

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
