Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is there no solution for a large nose? ㅠ

I went to a place famous for a glamorous style, and I thought if I went there, my nose would instantly get a strong silicone implant and become perfectly like Instagram influencers’ noses.. lol Since it was my first surgery, I didn’t know anything… But I heard from someone else who had it done there that they’re not very good at correcting bulbous noses. So right before surgery, I asked them to make sure to correct my bulbous nose properly, but I’m only one month post-op, so I’m not sure yet because of the swelling at the nasal tip. Still, even when I compare it with other people at one month post-op, I had my dorsal hump shaved down and my nasal tip raised, but my nose is still too big and out of balance (a large nose with the hump shaved down and a prettier line.. lol) From the front, it looks so unchanged that you can barely tell I had my nose done…ㅠ Why on earth did they say I didn’t need alar base reduction? ㅠㅠ People are comforting me, saying the swelling just hasn’t gone down yet, but realistically, even after the swelling goes down, it seems hard for me to get the slim influencer-style nose I wanted. It’s not that the clinic has no skill, but I do think I didn’t explain enough about the direction I wanted. After surgery, I can see more things that need improvement. Is this why people get revision surgery? But if I get a revision, can a large nose succeed too…? I feel like even with revision it won’t work, sigh. Is there anyone here who succeeded with a large nose + bulbous nose?
