I had the cotton removed today I think my nostrils look uneven Could this be swelling? I haven’t had the splint removed yet, so I’m so curious about the shape I’ve scheduled suture removal and splint removal for one week after surgery. Do most people remove them after one week? I want to keep mine on a bit longer haha… When did everyone get their sutures removed?
ㅔㅏ Nostrils really do keep changing shape as the swelling goes down, so don’t get too stressed ㅠㅠ I had the gauze inside my nose removed after three days? and had the sutures removed after one week!

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
