I know the manager or coordinator isn't the one doing the surgery, but when I go to a clinic and see someone at the desk with flashy nails, barefoot in slippers dragging their feet, smiling and laughing lalala lol, I wonder if it's okay to have surgery at a place like this. Is there really no clinic that feels like a proper clinic?
