Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

The moment you touch the nose even a little, next time it becomes revision surgery right away...

That’s exactly what the title says I’m not sure what the criteria are for being classified as revision surgery when it comes to nose surgery haha If you touch it even a little, does the next time immediately count as revision surgery? I only want to do exactly these two things: tying the nasal tip cartilage and lateral osteotomy of the nasal bridge But I feel like I’ll only be able to do this years from now But thinking about living a few more years with a nose I don’t like makes me feel a bit unhappy.. I started wondering if I could do the osteotomy later and just do the cartilage tying first around this winter? I feel like even that alone would make it look somewhat acceptable ㅠ lol If I do the cartilage tying first and the osteotomy later, when I get the osteotomy, would that be classified as revision nose surgery, so it would cost more? Or would the nasal tip and nasal bridge be considered separate areas, so it would be regarded as a primary surgery..? I’d really appreciate it if you could answer haha
