Removal 4 months after nose surgery (review 10 days after removal)

I had my first surgery in February, and had removal exactly on the day it had been 4 months. At first, with an open approach, I had osteotomy for wide nasal bones, silicone, costal cartilage, ear cartilage, nasal tip fat removal, and cartilage tying. I had a low bulbous nose that started between my eyes, but once the silicone went in between my eyebrows, it looked too high, and it looked very obviously like silicone. And the costal cartilage... was really uncomfortable. If you use costal cartilage, the nasal tip probably will not droop later over time, but it was so uncomfortable, and first of all, my artificial appearance... was so hard for me. After surgery, I never even went out and just stayed home crying. At one month after surgery it looked different, and at two months it looked different, and it did gradually become more natural, but it was still artificial and different from what I had imagined, because they used a silicone height (3 mm) that was different... And because the nasal tip had been projected forward, it looked even higher. I was truly struggling so much that I wanted to die every day. Each day felt so long, and I was scared of morning coming. I cried every single day without missing a day, my weight dropped to 44 kg, and I went to the emergency room several times, too. My life fell apart. I could not even take the exam I had been preparing for for 2 years. 4 months, it may be a long time or a short time, but I lost so much during this period that I was scared about how I would recover,, Anyway, it was so hard that I could not endure until 6 months, and the doctor also knew I was struggling so much, so even though the surgery would be difficult, he said he would remove it after 3 months once he saw the scar tissue soften. I had removal exactly on the day it had been 4 months. I had the removal at the clinic where I had surgery, because they would know my nose best. The removal was also done with an open approach. The silicone was removed, and because they said my nose could collapse if all the costal cartilage was removed, they changed it to septal cartilage instead of costal cartilage, untied the cartilage, and the ear cartilage at the nasal tip is still there. After the removal surgery, I came home, but my nasal tip still seemed high, so I cried a lot even after coming home on the day of removal, and I think I cried a lot until the cast was removed. A vague sense of anxiety On the day it had been one week after removal surgery, I went to have the cast removed, and there was no swelling, it had become as low as my old nose, and maybe because the nasal tip fat was removed, it was smaller than before and slightly higher, maybe because of the cartilage, so I am satisfied. I had the cast removed after one week and was able to go out to meet a friend the next day. That must mean it had become that natural.. The stitches inside my nose have not been removed yet, but I am going to have them removed this week. That will be exactly 2 weeks. For those 4 months, it was really so hard. I came into this community every day and cried, and whenever I was curious or anxious, I asked Director Sejin questions in writing every day, sent messages to other people to ask questions, and cried again It was a daily repetition of that kind of life. Now, since I had costal cartilage first, the septal cartilage is not uncomfortable, and I do not know how much septal extension graft/support was used... but in my current state, I am satisfied. The wide nasal bone osteotomy is not asymmetric either, and if anything, my nose looks higher than before surgery, so people say it looks prettier than my pre-surgery nose. And although my columella was opened twice, maybe because the doctor stitched it well, it is not very scarred or anything like that. I think it will get better if I apply ointment often and take good care of it. There is still swelling, and it will keep changing little by little, so I am not completely relieved yet, but if it stays around this level, I think I can live satisfied. It will change for the better, right?
